It’s Uncomplicated and other painless truths

Nitya Swaruba

This book, was born from thoughts that go through me every day. So naturally, I wanted a cover that portrayed the elements of my thinking. I made a list for Shwetha and gave her an elaborate description of what the cover should be. In time, she sent me the first draft. It had the title, the main subject, and one element (from about ten I had listed). I looked at the image; the design and the colors instantly reached my heart, and I did not miss anything! She had read my mind about the main piece, the girl on the chair, and that alone was magic!
